After the huge decision of choosing an editor, the next one, as a web-developer, is to decide how to manage your code snippets. There are a lot of apps taking care of that, but i often find myself not using them. Built-in solutions for your editor are much more comfortbale and fast. A big disadvantage is that you often don't have a good overview on your snippets and it's not easy to edit them. A perfect solution is to work with gist. It is a simple way to share snippets on your Github account. Additionally you're able to choose from thousands of other's snippets and put them to your gist list with just one click.
